名词性从句出现的时候，必须要有主句，否则句子不完整。

例如:The fact that education is the key to a country’s long term success.

这句话就是错的，the fact 引导同位语从句，并没有主句。

应该改为:Government funding is supported by the fact that education is the key to a country’s long-term success.
