企业模式，实践教学，在这里是实实在在的行动，九元学校没有课桌，老师讲课完全1：1比例，就象在制衣厂的板房工作一样，学校免费提供面料，学生做出纸样，马上用面料做出来，直接看效果，立即根据穿着的效果进行弊病补正。
在这里，除了保证质量，更要体现速度，一定要有时间观念，必须在最短的时间内，做完要求的作业，这就要求速度一定要快，否则不熟练，难以进厂，所以在这里学习的学生始终绷紧一根弦，就是要练就过硬的本领。

为了更加保证学习质量，九元学校随时根据企业情况进行设备的更新换代，如机修班由原来的机械车，慢慢的被电脑车取代，用新车教学，如电脑打枣车，电脑纽门车，电脑平车等；服装CAD是真正的企业版，完全有1：1比例的输入输出设备，如数化板的输入，绘图机麦架的输出，刻板机硬纸样的输出，完全按照企业的实际情况教学。
